You will need a valid driver's license, a credit card in the primary driver's name for the security deposit, and a valid national ID or passport.
Is insurance included in the rental price?

Basic third-party insurance is usually included. However, we highly recommend purchasing our optional Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) for full coverage and peace of mind.
How do I charge the electric car during my rental?

You can charge your vehicle using standard home/destination chargers or fast public supercharger networks. Plug into any compatible station, and any public charging fees incurred during your trip will be conveniently handled or billed transparently.
Do I need any special experience to drive an electric vehicle?

Not at all! EVs are very intuitive to drive. They feature a single pedal feel via regenerative braking, automatic transmission, and large touchscreen controls. Our team will give you a quick 2-minute walkthrough at pick-up so you feel completely comfortable before driving off.
What state of charge will the vehicle be in when I pick it up?

Your EV will be delivered to you with at least 80% to 90% charge. We ask that you return it with a similar level of charge (or per your chosen pre-paid charging agreement) to ensure it is ready for the next driver.
Can I add an additional driver?

Yes, additional drivers can be added during the checkout process at no extra hassle, provided they hold a valid, full driver's license.
